1 1/2 Cups of cooked chickpeas mashed
1/3 Cup Vegenaise
1/4 Cup pickle relish
1/8 Cup dry minced onion.
Mix together and allow to rest to hydrate the dry minced onion. Serve as a topper for a big salad or with some greens, sliced avocado and shredded carrot between 2 slices of bread.
