Vegan Hot Cocoa

Good morning frost and prediction of snow! With the chill in the air my first cup of tea just wasn’t enough to warm my old bones. I opted to make a cup of Cocoa using Coconut Milk.

1 heaping Tablespoon Hershey’s Cocoa
1 heaping Tablespoon Agave Nectar
1 pinch of Salt

Combine the above in a mug. Stir until well blended and no cocoa lumps remain. While briskly stirring, slowly add Coconut Milk to top off mug. Heat as you would any regular signle serving of cocoa – slowly in a pan or microwave.
