Woah– managed to get my hands on a slice and it’s killer wonderful! Just perfect! (Especially to those that can’t handle the dairy variety) and hope you post the recipe as well!
Creamy, tasty, and can hold up on it’s own– and with the glaze and cherry —super outstanding!

Thanks for the feedback! I am cooking up a nice supper for the birthday boy right now but I sure will be posting the recipe soon, It’s pretty much a keeper but might tweak it so the crust won’t get as soggy next time.
