Father’s Day

I’m not too busy to make Jim a splendid Father’s Day meal out of rainbow chard and other wonderful foods. I am unfortunately too busy to document exactly how I made it. The focus was contrasting in color not flavor. Kidney beans and tomato paste on the bottom and a carrot ginger mash to top it off.
